Flange 2 with conical hole which axis crosses axis of outer cylindrical surface at angle a which is location surface for installation of disc tool is matched with bushing 1. Disc tool is fixed with nut 3. Nut 3 manufactured in the form of ring is screwed on flange 2 when fixing disc tool. For first half- turn of spindle and grinding wheel cutting zone 6-8 located at its periphery moves to position s1-B1, during second half-turn it will return to initial position. Consequently for complete turn of spindle with grinding wheel all its peripheral points of cutting zone will execute movement along rotation axis equal to value of amplitude Б.
