FIELD: mechanical engineering, chuck plates for fastening of grinding and polishing wheels. SUBSTANCE: the device has a housing, flange, flexible member made in the form of two opposite installed bushings located on the flange and housing respectively. Each bushing has a tapered mounting surface for the grinding wheel, and the thrust end faces of the housing, flange and flexible bushings are inclined to the device axis of rotation at angle (90 deg - α), where α- convergence angle of the end faces of the housing, flange and flexible bushings and displacement of the axis of the internal hole of the flexible bushings relative to the device axis of rotation. The angle of inclination of the grinding wheel is adjusted within 90 deg. to (90 deg.-α) by turning the bushings with the grinding wheel relative to the housing and flange.
