FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: device has a flange with end face and opening, split bushing with inner conical side received in the opening in the flange, pressing nut arranged on the flange, and facet plate with inner end face side inclined to the axis of rotation and conjugated with respective end face side of the flange. The inner side of the flange is composed of three conical portions and two spherical portions arranged in series. The outer side of the flange from the side of the end face is provided with a scale with angular marks. The outer side of the split bushing is spherical and conjugated with the first spherical portion by inner side of the flange. The second spherical portion of the flange is conjugated with the corresponding additional inner portion of the facet plate arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation.
