FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: compounds of oxazole of the general formula (I) where n 7-9; R hydrogen or C₁-C₄--alkyl were synthesized by reaction of complex ketoester of the formula (II) with ammonium acetate followed by isolation of the end product or if necessary by esterification with C₁-C₄--alkanol. Synthesized compounds show inhibiting effect on aggregation of human plasma enriched with platelets induced by adenosine diphosphate or collagen. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 cl, 1 tbl
