FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed water electroactivator comprises coaxially fitted electrodes and a semi-permeable diaphragm between them. The outer electrode is in form of a pipe, and the inner one is cylindrical. The device is provided with a potential switch. The semi-permeable diaphragm is made in form of a dielectric insert with a helical groove, with left-sided winding. Projections of the insert are closely pressed against the inner electrode and holes are made in the depressions of the helical groove. The inner electrode has a cone-shaped input face. To apply electric potential to the inner electrode, a wire is provided for, connected to the inner electrode through a thread and insulated from the outer electrode by a dielectric bushing. Electric potential is applied to the outer and inner electrodes using a bus. The outer electrode has protective dielectric cover. The outer and inner electrodes are made from stainless steel.
EFFECT: simplification of design, possibility of obtaining a stream of water with given potential.
