FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: tie renewal machine is intended for renewal of single ties of rail track. It includes tool carrier with frame which carries rotary base turning about vertical axis fitted with mobile carriage where column is mounted and boom is hinged with the aid of bracket carrying telescopic vertical rod with mechanism to grip ties at its tip. Rod is mounted for turning by means of hydraulic cylinder around horizontal axis and is composed of two links hinged to bracket and mechanism to grip ties. Drive of longitudinal movement of ties is formed by two hydraulic cylinders placed in symmetry along tie which mobile cases are rigidly intercoupled. Rods are anchored in case of mechanism to grip tie with the help of bearings. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency. 12 dwg
