FIELD: drying of biological material. SUBSTANCE: prior to drying, biological material is additionally ground and mixed with carbohydrate-protein stabilizer, the amount of material in mixture being up to 50 mass percent and carbohydrate-protein relation being 3:2; and granular ion-exchange resin with granules within 160 to 630 μm, concentration of hydrogen ion being below 1% and swelling coefficient being not below 4.4 is used as adsorbent. Resin is preliminarily treated by Aerosil at a rate of 2% of the adsorbent mass, or by lactose at a rate of at least 15% prior to agitation, material and adsorbent are preliminarily chilled to a temperature of 6 to 4 C, and drying is conducted at a temperature not exceeding 20 C for 10 to 12 min. EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
