FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybridoma technology. Hybridoma R1/S-5A6 is obtained as result of fusion of murine myeloma of the strain Sp-2/0 and murine splenocytes of the strain BALB/c immunized with inactivated, purified, concentrated antigen of Rickettsia prowazekii. Monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma are used as component of immunoenzyme-test-systems as antibody- containing substrate in indication and identification of Rickettsia prowazekii. The resolution capacity of test-system based on monoclonal antibodies is estimated to be 6.0 x 102 of hemolytically active rickettsia in cm2 (HAR•cm-3). The use of hybridoma producing monoclonal antibodies to Rickettsia prowazekii allows to detect and identify typhus pathogen. EFFECT: valuable properties of test- system. 5 tbl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
