FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has jaws connected by rack and pinion drive, main removable rod with retractor, main mirrors, T-shaped slots made in the jaws for removable uprights with movable main clamps and additional mirrors provided with rod-like stems being rotatable and movable in plane running in perpendicular to that in which jaws 2 move. The jaws have end face installation portions with L- shaped guides directed with their internal surfaces in the opposite direction with respect to the drive. The internal surfaces match in form the main rod running along the drive. Retractor 7 is made in form of flexible plate with working surface arranged in the same way as the internal surfaces of the L-shaped guides do. Retractor 7 has teeth bent at an angle of 90 degrees with respect to the drive. The main mirrors are removable and attachable to the jaws with their socket plugs located between the drive and T-shaped slots. The uprights are directed in perpendicular to the plane of jaws motion. The movable main clamps are rotatable and movable relative to the upright axes. The rod-type stems are additionally rotatable in the plane of jaws motion and are attached to the uprights by means of the first clamping stoppers and to additional rods fixed in the main clamps provided with light guides rotatably mounted in the second clamping stoppers to perform rotations in two planes running in perpendicular to each other.
