SUBSTANCE: filter is comprised of a frame from a package of metal foil or net with through channels coated with a toluene solution of 15-38 wt.-% of polymethylphenylsiloxane with 3-25 wt.-% phlogopite and refractory filler. The latter is made of an oxide or carbide ceramic material, for example, aluminium oxide or silicon carbide. Refractory filler may consist of a mixture with glass fritt at a mass relation of 8-1.5: 1, said glass fritt being constituted by alkali-free alumino-silicate glass.
