FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has horizontally split housing 7,8 with removable carriage of cross slide. Fitted in circular guides of housing and sealed is rotating device 9,10 in form of gear wheel coupled with drive. Mounted on inner surface of rotating device are electrodes-tools 22 whose spaces communicate with electrolyte supply union 17 through branch pipes 25, through holes in rotating device and space in housing. Current supply system has slip-ring with current leads secured on end face of rotating device. Current leads are connected with electrodes-tools. To provide electrochemical machining, electrodes- tools can be made in form of plate consisting of two parts with inner space and slot along entire working surface. Electrodes-tools with abrasive blocks installed for displacement and setting in space of electrodes-tools and provided with slot-shaped channels for delivery of electrolyte along entire length of block can be used for electrochemical and mechanical machining of surfaces.
