FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing grading by mixing water with alcohol, enriching it on carbon columns, treating it, if necessary, with formula components, carrying out final filtering and enriching vodka with silver ions in an electric field in presence of silver electrodes. Prior to enrichment, an optimum concentration of silver in vodka is brought to 0.025 0.035 mg/l. Next steps include calculating the amperage required for maintaining this concentration and keeping the current intensity automatically constant. The amperage J is calculated by the formula where γ - concentration of silver ions, mg/l, Q consumption of liquid, l/s; K electrochemical equivalent of silver equal to 1.118 mg/l; n silver yield 0.8-0.9 depending on the composition of the solution. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
