METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF VODKA "KASIMOVSKAYA NEVESTA" Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: prepared soft water is mixed with ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" up to 40% proof and cleaned with activated carbon, then solution is filtered and directed into receiver of prepared product. Prepared simultaneously is aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist and IInd dischargings from dog rose fruits, and glycerine is introduced in it. Mixture is aged for 30-40 min and put into prepared vodka after filtration before bottling. Sugar used as 65.8-% sugar syrup or aqueous solution is put in solution or ready-made vodka before bottling. Vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: dog rose fruits, 2-3; sugar, 14-16; and also it has, l: glycerine, 0.3-0.5; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance.
