FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture from water and alcohol of higher rectification or "Extra" for vodka of 40% vol. It is mixed and corrected in finishing tank for preparation of vodka 40% vol. Aqueous solution or 65.8-% sugar syrup is received from sugar. Citric acid is solved in aqueous-alcoholic solution in ratio 1: 10 and filtered. Natural honey is diluted by softened water in ratio 1:10, boiled, thoroughly mixed, cooled and filtered. Mother milk is diluted with solution in ratio 1:10, aged for 3-4 h, filtered, and filtrate is introduced into solution at the rate of 0.04-0.06 kg of mother milk per 1000 dal of vodka. Sugar syrup, solution of citric acid and diluted natural honey are introduced in finishing tank, respectively: sugar, 9.5-10.5 kg; citric acid, 0.1-0.3 kg; natural honey, 5.5-6.5 kg per 1000 dal of vodka. Vodka is filtered on coal-cleaning battery and bottled. EFFECT: improved taste.
