FIELD: accelerating devices. SUBSTANCE: target gas is supplied inside device by means of D-electrodes. Accelerated ions engage target and produce radioactive gas, which is output through hole in sealed rough-vacuum chamber. Radial length of D-electrodes provides possibility of maximal energy increment in initial acceleration stage (from center to half of final radius Rf). This is achieved by keeping condition in accelerating area from half of final radius Rf to final radius Rf. Change in radial length θ results in keeping condition , where q is acceleration gain. This results in possibility to decrease acceleration rate and increase number of cycles. Subsequently, orbit length of accelerated ions in area of maximal energy is increased. In addition, egress of target gas from D-electrodes to accelerating chamber is prevented. This is done by means of separate exhausting units through support rods. Cross- section area of support rods is five times greater than cross-section area of accelerating hole of D-electrodes. Radial and vertical size of accelerating hole are equal to corresponding values of beam of accelerating ions. EFFECT: increased activity of output gas. 1 dwg
