FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology-orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting-off of apex of coracoid process together with fastened muscles; leading of said muscles intra-articularly through incisions in lower and upper parts of capsule anterior surface and suturing them with capsule at point of introduction and withdrawal from articulation cavity. Cutoff apex of coracoid process is synthesized to maternal bed to strengthen anterior wall of articulation with suspension of arm and to prevent recurrence of shoulder-slip. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
