FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: laser beam CO2 exposes at wave length 10.6 microns in a superpulse mode with pulse duration 200-300 mcs, pause duration 0.002 to 0.9 mcs, cicatrix process beginning with second-third week after operation or trauma. Scanner exposure is initially performed within one pass by cicatrix mass, and then captured non-modified skin within 1 - 2 mm.
EFFECT: high percent of good cosmetic results owing to earlier structure reorganisation of connecting tissue.
