SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treating capillary malformations in the face. An optical fiber is introduced into the pathological focus area, at a depth of up to 3 cm, with a quartz core diameter of 365 mcm or 550 mcm and contact method involves interstitial laser coagulation of pathological focus with holmium laser with wavelength of 2,100 nm, frequency of 15 Hz and power of 20 Wt. After 1 month, pulsed phototherapy is performed on the area of the pathological focus on the side of the skin or mucous membrane with a pulsed dye laser at wavelength 595 nm.
EFFECT: method enables achieving complete removal of the pathological focus with vessels, avoiding complications, achieving a stable aesthetic result due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
