FIELD: arrangement of cars in rows on parking along route. SUBSTANCE: method involves positioning car on lifting-lowering support so that car body is pivotally secured by its one end; lifting support. When support is lifted for height exceeding that of car, other end of car is lifted for height exceeding that of support. Parked cars are positioned partly above pedestrian part of street at the height exceeding that of pedestrians and partly above route to provide passage of automobiles and lorries through route and approach to pavement for short-term stop to take in passengers or get them out of automobiles.
