FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has intake device consisting of receiver with separate intake branch pipes connected with cylinder head and communicating with separate cylinders through intake valves, and air cleaner whose housing has inlet port for air intake branch pipe. Air cleaner housing is made in form of round cylinder limited by bottom and cover. Spaces of receiver and air cleaner communicate through branched air duct made in form of t- pipe whose middle branch pipe is secured on side wall of receiver and bottom of air cleaner. Axis of middle branch pipe coincides with axis of cylinder of air cleaner housing, and its free cut is located at distance of H/2-0/3d from surface of bottom. Free cuts of side branch pipes of t-pipe are arranged in receiver space whose housing is made in form of round cylinder limited by end face walls symmetrical relative to normal plane of its cross-section through gravity center of receiver at a distance of (0.58- 0.68)R from its side wall where R is radius of round cylinder or receiver housing, H is height of air cleaner housing, and d is diameter of free cut of middle branch pipe.
