SUBSTANCE: low-frequency electromagnetic radiation is recorded from board spacecraft; sections of underlying Earth surface are additionally scanned at moment of growth of its background level intensity in ultraviolet range of spectrum; location of earthquake epicenter is determined by presence and size of Earth surface area characterized by an intensity of ultraviolet radiation with wavelength of 130-250 nm statistically confidently exceeding background values.
