FIELD: geophysics. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic and corpuscular radiations are checked at heights exceeding the height of D-field of the earth ionosphere; abnormal values of those radiations are revealed; frequency of abnormal phenomena occurrence is compared with numerical sequence determined experimentally, and time of disaster is predicted when sequences coincide. Method is realized by the use of cosmic apparatus system on highly elliptical orbits. EFFECT: more efficient prediction of disasters. 4 cl, 2 dwg
