FIELD: procession of petroleum raw materials, particularly at production of low olefins. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a housing with means for introducing hydrocarbon raw material and for discharging pyrolysis products, including zones for heating and for pyrolysis, arranged successively along a direction of the raw material motion, and a burner, arranged concentrically in the housing and having a cylindrical body with a nozzle, mounted coaxially with the body in its end. A central pipeline for feeding an oxidizing agent, forming together with an inner wall of the body of the burner an annular duct for feeding fuel to the nozzle, is mounted in the cylindrical body. The burner is being mounted in the pyrolysis zone on its portion with temperature range 600-650 C. The burner includes at least one row of additional nozzles, uniformly spaced along a periphery of its body. The central pipeline is provided by branch pipes, whose number corresponds to a number of the nozzle. Output openings of the nozzle are connected with the duct for feeding fuel, and they are arranged coaxially with the respective nozzles. The apparatus also includes a burning device, mounted on an outer wall of the housing near the burner and uniformly spaced along its perimeter. Output ends of these nozzles extend behind an inner wall of the housing. An annular collector for feeding fuel is mounted on the housing. The collector, mounted outside of housing, is connected with input openings of the nozzles. An annular collector for feeding an oxidizing agent is connected with input openings of the nozzles with the aid of branch pipes, passing through the first collector. A distance between the burner and the nozzles of the burning device is selected according to conditions of elimination of possibility of interaction of flame torches. The additional nozzles of the burner and the nozzles of the burning device are mounted with inclination relative to a lengthwise axis of the housing by an angle, being no more, than 90 degrees. The nozzles of previous and further rows of the burner and of the burning device are staggered and spaced one relative to another along a circumference. EFFECT: increased yielding of products, being produced. 5 cl, 5 dwg
