FIELD: electrochemical deposition of protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: method involves microarc oxidation of surface in alkaline electrolyte with the voltage pulse frequency of 50 Hz, anode and cathode current amplitude ratio of 1.06-2.00, negative and positive rectangular pulse time within the range of 100-300 msec, interval between positive and subsequent negative pulse of 100-300 msec, electrolyte temperature of 15-30 C and anodic current density of 30-70 A/dm2; compressing obtained solution in fluoroplastic solution.
