FIELD: chemical, oil refining and other industries; may be used in implementation of the process of fractionation of oil-containing feedstock. SUBSTANCE: feedstock subject to fractionation is prepared for fractionation directly in transfer pipeline. Disperser of the device has damping chamber with outlet coaxial to nozzle and the first group of profiled plates cantilevered to walls of damping chamber. Surface of profiled plates conjugates outer surface of nozzle with inner surface of damping chamber. Cantilevered to rear sections of diametrical plates are profiled plates whose pointed edges are located against pointed edges of profiled plates oppositely located over circumference of chamber. Profiled plates are cantilevered to periphery of damping chamber. It is preferably to install additionally activators in inlet and outlets. Actuators are made in form of profiled plates cantilevered to internal surface of inlet and outlets. It is preferably to have diameter of outlet, at least, not smaller than nozzle diameter.
