FIELD: chemical, oil refining and other industries; may be used in implementation of the process of fractionation of oil-containing feedstock. SUBSTANCE: feedstock to be fractionated is prepared for fractionation directly in transfer pipeline. Device includes branch pipe with nozzle and disperser and damping chamber with outlet coaxial to nozzle and profiled plates cantilevered to walls of damping chamber. The plates are installed with conjugation of external surface of inlet and outlet with internal surface of damping chamber.
