FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: hollow saddle-shaped U-like duct is mounted on pipe line and is engageable with it and inner walls of side wells. Walls of duct are inclined widening to upper end. Duct is made of flexible strip material impregnated in hardening compound for flexible separation of side wells. Distance between inner lateral surfaces of wells at point of engagement with saddle-shaped surface is less than diameter of pipe line. For ballasting the pipe line, trench is fug where pipe line is laid. Then devices for increasing dead load are fitted on pipe line and are locked on it; this done, trench is filled with soil. Devices for increasing dead load are fitted on trench berm. Fixing the devices is effected by flexible separation of lateral wells. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 3 dwg
