FIELD: hydraulic technique. SUBSTANCE: controller includes a hollow housing with two branch pipes. In one of these branch pipes (in the branch pipe for discharging liquid) a sleeve, formed of wear resistant rings, is mounted. An adjusting organ, having stepped cone shape, is mounted coaxially with the sleeve. That organ is formed of wear resistant rings, having different diameters, one of these rings (arranged near a base of the cone) has an outer diameter more, than an inner diameter of the sleeve in a zone of their contact.
