FIELD: IR-radiation brazing. SUBSTANCE: device for light-beam brazing has reflector, gas-discharge lamp, protecting screen and contrivance for feeding coolant. There is washer in the device, provided with beads for forming slit nozzle. There is a conical holder for protecting screen, which holder is mounted inside the washer in a space relation to beads of the washer for forming annular channel. Holes are made in the holder. Total area of the holes does not excess over cross-section area of annular channel. Device may also be used when heating items for welding and thermal processing. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation; improved safety. 1 dwg
