SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes ellipsoidal reflector 1, light source 2 mounted in irradiating focal point of reflector, mechanism for controlling light flux in the form of cylindrical tubular member 3 mounted inside reflector coaxially relative to light source, nozzle 6 arranged between light source 2 and working focal point of reflector in its shadow focus. Member 3 has bottom 4 with opening 5 for gas output. Nozzle 6 is secured to bottom of member 3.
