The device has attachment unit connected to the reflector unit near its outlet opening. Aperture is mounted in the attachment unit behind the reflector unit in its focal plane. Lens is mounted on near the outlet opening of the attachment unit. Laser radiation source is mounted outside of the device. The laser radiation source has light guide attached to it and connected to focusing system optionally mounted before the aperture in shadow zone or near the reflector unit end behind aperture corner.
