Novelty is that device is made of two shaped curved plates 1 and 5 placed one over the other and provided with cutouts for pedal levers. Post 1 has horizontal cutouts, and locking member has longitudinal cutouts, plates being fixed relative to each other. Plates preclude travel of pedal levers and they are fastened by lock.
