FIELD: fish industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a hydrodynamic hold-down wing and a dredge. The wing had planes and stabilizing washers. The wing is joined with the dredge by means of slings. The dredge has two cross-members. The cross-members are combinations of tubes mounted on a base formed by two oval skids. The dredge also has planes joining the cross-members at the top and at the bottom, a cutting member, and teeth (longer and shorter ones). The cutting member is a combination of a number of knives mounted for free rotation in such a manner that every second knife is dislocated in the vertical plane to overlap the previous knife through the cutting edge sharpening width. The shorter teeth prevent the knives from breakdown. These shorter teeth are clamp-shaped, and ends of the clamps are attached to the upper and lower planes of the device body, and they are fastened on the axes of the knives. The longer teeth are rack-shaped, and their lower ends are attached to the lower plane of the dredge body. It is expedient that the dredge is of sectional design to operate in areas of the sea bed where operation is especially difficult. To this end, the cross-members and planes of the body are sectioned, and the sections are roped together. The ropes are secured inside the hollow cross-members for moving the sections relative to each other in the vertical plane. The knives of the cutting member may be disk-shaped with radial recesses and segment sharpening. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 8 dwg
