FIELD: electric vehicles. SUBSTANCE: coating is provided for moving vehicle and sliding collectors. The collectors consist of conducting members made up as square, hexagon or long Z-like figure. The distance between members of potentials of different sine and amplitude and distance between the members are defined by the relationships presented in the invention description. To exclude electric arc, when collectors are detached from the conducting members, the periphery region of the conducting members has increased specific resistance. The conducting members are made of conducting concrete with insulating shell. The sides of the shell are provided with projections for draining water. The conducting members are connected to DC power source or n- phase AC power source so that to allow the potential difference between the conducting members at the part between the collectors to be added. Wheels having tyres made of conducting rubber serve as collectors. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 6 dwg
