FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: lift has telescopic cylinders with flexible shells placed in between. Spaces of sections communicate with working agent supply system. Flexible shells are made in form of flexible elongated toruses filled with compressed fluid medium and installed on side surface of each section. Under the action of gauge pressure of working agent flexible toruses roll inside each cylinder, forcing out cylinders arranged in their central hole at a speed two times greater than speed of their movement upwards along the surface.
