FIELD: hoisting devices. SUBSTANCE: air hoist has housing, source for pressure feed of working medium, distributing mechanism, main and additional tore-shaped enclosures made of resilient material, flexible tapes and load gripping mechanism. Housing is made in the form of cylindrical chamber and branch pipe secured on chamber bottom. Branch pipe is mounted coaxially with hole in chamber bottom. Main enclosure is mounted in inner space of chamber and additional enclosure in inner space of branch pipe. One end of each flexible tape is connected with load gripping mechanism and second end of each flexible tape is secured on chamber bottom. Each flexible tape is positioned in central hole of additional enclosure. Source for pressure feed of working medium communicates through distributing mechanism with upper and lower working spaces.
