FIELD: gas-thermal spraying coatings production methods in aviation, ship-building, rocket building, electronics and electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method provides spraying of coatings in limited volume with located inside it piece under high pressure. The new thing is the fact, that high pressure of controlled gas composition is kept stable at least since time of introduction of spraying material in gas-thermal stream till time of its fixation on piece, and also the fact, that limited volume is formed as gas bell in volume with liquid. In the case boundary between gas and liquid unlimited volume is defined by gas-permeable surface due to exceeding of resultant force of pressure and gravity forces over force of surface tension. In the case limited volume in volume with liquid is formed at depth of sinking, that does not exceed depth, at which pressure of column of liquid is over pressure of controlled gas composition.
