FIELD: organic chemistry, namely, perfluoroalkyl-substituted N,N'-ethylene-bis-β-aminovinyl ketonates of nickel, palladium and copper which may be used as organic light filter and photo stabilizing agents for organic liquids and polymers. SUBSTANCE: desired compounds having formula where R^f= CF₃ C₂F₅, C₃F₇, C₄H₉, C₆F₁₃., and Me= Ni, Pd, Cu are prepared by interaction of origin fluorinated diketones. The process is carried out in benzene in the presence of etherate of boron trifluoride being used as catalyst, water is removed by azeotropic distillation. Complex formation is carried out in the same solution by adding of metal salt and by boiling together with removing water with the help of azeotropic distillation.
