SUBSTANCE: α-polyfluoroalkyl-α-nitroalkylamines and derivatives thereof are useful as agents for synthesis of compounds having biological activity of general formula: R^FCHN(R¹R²)CHRNO₂ wherein R^F is CF₃,C₂F₅,C₃F₇,C₄F₉,C₆F₁₃,H(CF₂CF₂)_n wherein n is 1,2 or 3; R is H, C₁-C₄ alkyl or Ph; R¹ is H,H•HCl,C(O)R³ wherein R³ is H, C₁-C₆ alkyl or Ph; R² is H; R¹+R² are phthalyl. Method comprises reacting polyfluorocarboxylic acid nitriles with nitroalkane sodium salts in 1,4-dioxane and then reacting with sodium borohydride and acetic acid in benzene at sodium borohydride to acetic acid ratio of 1: 0.75-1 to isolate products by well known methods.
