FIELD: powder engineering. SUBSTANCE: within this method a rough porous workpiece is made up of metallic powder and then sintered. Selective layer is made up by means of filling up workpiece pores with metallic powder from the workpiece working surface side. Then selective layer is scorched to the workpiece. Making up of selective layer is carried out by altered at least three times operations of coating and sintering, whereupon coating operation is carried out by means of filtering suspension through a workpiece consisting of dispersed metal powder mixed with ultradispersed ceramic powder. Both metallic and ceramic powders have certain composition and particles size. EFFECT: improved quality. 3 cl, 1 tbl
