FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture consisting of milk margarine, phosphatide concentrate and skimmed milk is prepared at the ratio 1:0.05:3 and mixture is homogenized. Then to the prepared mixture blend, soda, ammonium hydrocarbonate salt, lemon essence and sugar powder were added and prepared emulsion is stirred. Then wheat flour of high quality is added. Prepared mass is formed and baked. Indicated components were taken at the definite ratio. EFFECT: improved quality of products.
