FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has balloon casing with neck and liftable sealing unit having stem with handle on one end and flexible tightening ring on the other end and bellows tightly mounted in the plane of the balloon. Opening is made in the balloon body opposite to the neck to give space for the stem. The ring is located near the opening above the bellows which has flexible thickening corresponding in form to that of the neck, for magnets engageable with the stem to be installed. The stem has canal to provide communication between the internal cavity of the balloon and atmosphere, and ferromagnetic member at its end to be engageable with the magnets.
