FIELD: grinding materials. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, stator 2 and rotor 3 mounted inside the housing, charging and discharging branch pipes, shaft 6, flexible member 7, and adjusting screw 8. Wedge-shaped grooves 9 are made in rotor 3. Projections 10 are made on the base of the rotor from the side of charging branch pipe 4. Stator 2 is also provided with wedge-shaped grooves 11 from the side of charging branch pipe 4 and ring passageway 12 for supplying a coolant.
