FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of fine grinding. Disclosed is a method of disintegration, which includes supply of lump raw material in confined space grinding chamber, inside which there are vertically two parallel discs, on facing each other planes of which are radially fixed with gaps relative to each other destructive elements, destruction of pieces of raw material, by imparting its particles with centrifugal acceleration due to rotation of one of disks, and creating a pressure gradient in the gaps between the rows of the disintegrating elements of the movable and fixed discs, by increasing the air velocity flow through which initiation of negative pressure at the outlet of the loading opening and excess pressure in the discharge branch pipe of the working members, for which discs surfaces facing each other are corrugated. Corrugations are made in form of Laval nozzles dissected in longitudinal direction, which are uniformly located in radial direction along discs surface, wherein nozzles convergent part is located in direction from loading opening to middle radial rows of beats, and divergent parts of nozzles are located from middle radial rows of beats to discharge hole located in peripheral part of disks. In order to reinforce the ventilation effect occurring in the gaps, additionally introducing ventilation plates and ventilation blades, which are uniformly fixed on the generatrix of the rotor surface, the ground material of raw material at the outlet of the discharge pipe is additionally accelerated to high speeds, the flow of said accelerated particles is directed to the surface of the element of the unloading device. To accelerate ground material of raw material, unloading branch pipe is made in the form of a volute, inside which there made is a channel in the form of Laval nozzle directed tangentially to direction of rotation of movable disc, and supplied to said Laval nozzle compressed gas stream, direction of which coincides with direction of moving flow of preliminarily ground particles of material, wherein the surface of the element of the unloading device is a surface of a collecting funnel, which is made in the form of a truncated hollow cone, through which the disintegrated material is poured into the storage container.

EFFECT: method has increased efficiency.
