SUBSTANCE: proposed hopper-batcher contains frame resting on bogies, hopper with discharge hatches, batcher installed in lower part of frame for re-placing in height by means of drive and provided with side beams 7, cross beams and overrail beams 6. Rolls 8 installed on batcher serve to direct batcher on rails. Fasteners 12 are installed on outer walls of side and cross beams of batcher. Brushers and scrapers 9, 10, 11 for re-distribution and removing of ballast are installed on fasteners. Profile of lower part of batcher cross walls correspond to profile of tie. Support rolls are adjustable in height. Profile of lower part of scraper corresponds to profile of part of tie over which scraper is mounted.
