SUBSTANCE: hopper-proportioner has frame mounted on rail trucks, bin mounted on frame with internal and external discharge holes with covers, discharge flow dividers which are formed by inclined positioned strips, and pneumatic drive with power cylinders. Installed on frame between covers of internal discharge holes above aforesaid strips by means of locks is covering damper to prevent discharge of ballast to middle of railway track.
