FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: preparation is obtained from mature animal bone tissue by decalcifying crushed bone deprived of soft tissues with hydrochloric acid, extracting non- collagenous proteins with urease solution, removing proteins insoluble in water by means of against-water dialysis, fractioning according to its being sucked with ammonium sulfate, its molecular mass and affinity to ion exchange agents. The preparation has complex of non- collagenous proteins of molecular mass from 20 to 30 kDalton, solubility in water and salt solutions of physiologic concentration, salting-out at 45-50% saturation with respect to anion exchange agent.
