FIELD: stomatology.

SUBSTANCE: group of invention relate to means for compensation of defects of bones and to methods for preparation of osteo-inducing materials. Proposed bioimplant contains, as one of ingredients, mineral constituent isolated out of bone tissue of agricultural animals and further contains collagen, proteins of blood serum of patients with active osteogenesis, taken during distraction period, and physiological solution. Method of preparing bioimplant comprises isolation of mineral constituent composition and collagen out of bone tissue of agricultural animals, fractionation of blood serum proteins via desalting with ammonium sulfate and gel permeation chromatography, dialysis of proteins against distilled water, freeze drying, dissolution of proteins in physiological solution followed by mixing with mineral constituent, after which resulting mixture is supplemented by collagen preliminarily dissolved in physiological solution and thus obtained bioimplant is sterilized by β-emission.

EFFECT: enhanced osteo-inducing properties due to presence of complex of protein-nature factors comprising mineral constituent and collagen.
