FIELD: desalination of mineralized waters. SUBSTANCE: area of reservoir with mineralized water is separated by float barrier and covered with liquid film. Fresh water from under the film is fed by pipelines to consumers. Power source is the Sun. Float barrier system, that isolates definite area of water, is made mainly by closed contour-ring-type, including an area of shore in its perimeter for separate its assignment. In the case each single member of the system floats continuous chain, beginning from inner ring and ending with outer one ( total 3 5 rings), is made of similar standard sections, that have cable fixation on bottom anchors.
