FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing short pulse emitted by pulsed source of laser radiation by means of an optic system. One portion enters the photodetector. The other portion of the laser radiation flow is supplied to the object. The reflected flow also enters the photodetector after passing through an objective. The photodetector is developed as piezoelectric signal matrix. The first flow is used to calibrate intensity distribution of the reflected light flow in processing signals from piezoelectric signal matrix. The object under study is scanned without being destroyed due to focusing at preset depth. Further, the information is visualized on display screen.
